Emma Ilves is the CEO of Helsinki Casting & Blockbusters Gang, Finland’s leading film & tv crewing and casting service. With a career rooted in film marketing and crew management since 2012, she brings a broad, hands-on understanding of the film and television industry. She also serves as Chair of Filmiaura, the organization behind the Jussi Awards, and is a board member of a Finnish VFX company, further deepening her perspective on the full spectrum of audiovisual production.

In recent years, Ilves has turned her focus toward the future of the creative industries, particularly the role of artificial intelligence. Since 2023, she has led a peer network for AI-curious creatives and actively explores how emerging technologies can serve storytelling and production.
