Something bold is emerging in the Nordics as ODDfest builds the next generation of creative festivals right in the heart of Helsinki.

Dubbed the festival of cultural relevance and creative growth, ODDfest is a fresh take on an industry event that is designed to inspire, teach, showcase, accelerate, and unite across disciplines, communities, and country lines.

Moving people and moving minds, ODDfest is more than just a line of stages; it’s where art, business, and society stop pulling apart and start making progress together to make the creative economy the next big engine of growth.

Created to be a meeting point for the entirety of the creative ecosystem, ODDfest welcomes all who wish to shape the future of culture and creativity, from emerging talents, pro artists, and cultural leaders to entrepreneurs, brands, and institutions—not forgetting the passionate and culture-curious public looking to experience something new.

Sounds ambitious? Oh, we know—just wait until you see what we’ve already accomplished.

a three-layered cake

One Shared Flavor

This year, ODDfest expands into new formats and locations. What was once a single-track event now unfolds as an interconnected experience designed to meet different audiences more smoothly.

Taking over the heart of Helsinki with iconic venues such as Lasipalatsi, Kulttuurikasarmi, Tavastia Club and Kamppi Chapel, ODDfest transforms into a uniquely local, multi-part experience.

ODDfest—The Cultural Heart

For those who attended last year, ODDfest is a familiar odd sight. With its signature mix of boundary-pushing performances, installations, presentations, demos, and conversations, ODDfest anchors the event set with curated cultural programming meant to celebrate the vast talents of the creative industries.

ODDference—Where Creativity Teaches Business

A new professional format that brings business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policy-makers into the audience to learn from creatives. Here, creative professionals take the stage not as entertainers, but as experts in building cultural momentum, creating loyalty around ideas, and crafting concepts that move audiences.

Creative Week—The City As a Canvas

A new city-wide format activating public spaces across Helsinki with free cultural programming accessible to all. Meant to highlight all the culture and local creativity this city has to offer, Creative Week prompts Helsinki initiatives and operators to craft creative programming of their own under the ODD umbrella.
