The Make-AI Hackathon is a high-energy, live creative sprint where teams of AI technologists and artists respond to a surprise challenge set by ODDfest and our sponsor (revealed on the day). In front of a live audience, each team receives a media pack from a known artist and has just four hours to remix, reimagine, and produce bold new outputs using AI—whether it’s visuals, sound, campaigns, or interactive art.

All of this unfolds live at ODDfest. Think MasterChef meets Midjourney.

Your host, Leandro Righini, will be moving between teams like a curious chef in the creative kitchen—asking teams about their tools, thought process, and how they’re keeping human creativity at the core in an AI-driven world. It’s about showing that AI doesn’t have to mean soulless sludge. This is real-time experimentation, ideation, and human-machine collaboration—powered by people, supercharged by AI.

At the end, a panel of judges will weigh in. But the real reward? Watching bold minds create something never-before-seen—right in front of your eyes.
