Saara Saarinen (FI)

Saara Saarinen is a Helsinki-based Leading Specialist at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. Sitra’s mission is to promote Finland’s well-being and accelerate economic growth within the limits of nature’s carrying capacity. In the Innovations Unit, Saara helps respond to major societal challenges by bringing people together to co-create solutions, build shared visions, and test new ideas in practice.

With deep expertise in co-design methods and collaborative learning, Saara is driven by a passion for exploring new ways of thinking and applying creativity in working life. Her interests include learning, visualization, process design, and concept development—alongside a strong foundation in digital pedagogy as a teacher and facilitator.
