Kati Uusi-Rauva is a prominent figure in Finland’s creative and cultural industries. Since September 2024, she has served as the Director of EIT Culture & Creativity North, a regional hub based in Helsinki that supports innovation, sustainability, and cross-border collaboration across the Baltic Sea region.

With a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, Kati has been active in the creative sector since the late 1990s. Her diverse experience includes roles as a gaming producer, independent agent, and business development expert. She led AGMA, the Finnish association for agents and managers in creative industries, from 2014 to 2022, and directed the Uniarts Hub pre-incubator at the University of the Arts Helsinki from 2022 to 2024.

In her current role, Kati focuses on strengthening networks among creatives, fostering sustainable careers, and promoting innovation within the cultural and creative sectors. She is also a doctoral student in business anthropology, further deepening her engagement with the field.
