ODDfest is held at Lasipalatsikortteli, located in the heart of Helsinki’s city center next to Kamppi Metro & Bus Station. The site is designed to be accessible for most visitors. ODDfest is easily accessible by public transport (metro, bus, tram), cycling, or walking, given its central location in Helsinki. For those traveling by car, parking near Lasipalatsikortteli is limited, so we HIGHLY recommend using public transport for a smoother experience.

Festival wristbands can be picked up at designated exchange points near the festival’s entry gates. Tickets can also be purchased on-site, subject to availability. It is advised to secure your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

The festival area is designed to be walkable, and maps will be available both on-site and online to help you navigate. As ODD fest is in Helsinki city center, there is no need for shuttles, but Helsinki’s excellent public transport is an option for longer distances.

ODDfest offers a curated selection of food and drinks, including Finnish craft beers, natural wines, and delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food or drinks, but reusable water bottles for refills are permitted.

Lasipalatsikortteli is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants featuring various cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Festival-goers are encouraged to explore the nearby dining options during their visit.

For cash needs, the closest ATM is located in the Kamppi shopping mall, just a short walk from the festival site. Other services include first aid, restrooms, and free water refill stations throughout the event area.

ODDfest is committed to sustainability. Visitors are asked to leave no trace by disposing of their waste in designated recycling bins. All cans and bottles sold at the festival have a refundable deposit, encouraging attendees to return them for recycling. Glitter, confetti, and similar items are not allowed to maintain environmental standards.

ODDfest has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior. Attendees are encouraged to take care of each other and report any concerning behavior to security or festival staff.

To ensure everyone feels safe and included, the festival’s Awareness Team will be present throughout the event. Team members, wearing bright orange shirts, are available for support and to address any issues that arise. A calming area is also available for anyone feeling overwhelmed.

Helsinki’s summer weather can be unpredictable, so festival-goers are advised to wear layers and bring weather-appropriate clothing. Items like umbrellas and portable chairs are prohibited, so naturally rain coats are encouraged. Please plan accordingly.

These measures are in place for the safety and comfort of all attendees.

First aid stations will be clearly marked and located near the main entry points. In case of an emergency, please contact the staff or call the local emergency number, 112.
